I'm using Google Translate so I may not be entirely understanding, but from what I gather you applied for a refund, they accepted it, and you haven't gotten the funds yet? Is that right?

My guess is that it may take a few business days for your credit card or bank to show the credit to your account. Give it at least a week or so, and if you don't see the credit by then, contact Steam Support again.
