Black ops 3 Split-screen

Does the pc version of black ops 3 have 4 player local splitscreen for zombies and offline multiplayer? Does the offline multiplayer have bots?

I highly doubt it...

PC = Personal Computer, that means 1 user at a time.

Heck even with a UHD 4K monitor doing 4 x 1920x1080 it would look like garbage.

Not to mention most PCs lack more than 1 keyboard and mouse each...

You can use controllers for split screen. Plus i game on my tv instead of my monitor. For offline zombies and multiplayer controllers should be fine as it is not as competitive.

It is/was probably the first code they pulled out of the PC version to make it easier to optimize.

PC's are for a single person to use, playing multiplayer over a broadband Internet connection.

If you want split screen get a PlayStation 4, as I doubt the Xbox One is getting BO3 (or if it does it'll be limited to 768p due to the slower GPU in the Xbox One).

The xbox360 and ps3 are also getting black ops 3, so i dont know why the game is not getting xboxone release. I dont plan on buyng a ps4 or xboxone because i feel they are a waste of money. Id rather have split screen on pc

You might be the only person in the world that wants split screen on PC.

Most PC gamers would be dead against the idea as it defeats 'Personal Computer'.

Plus I never said it wasn't coming to Xbox One, I just said I doubt it is or if it does it'll be limited to 768p - 900p (at lower frame rates).

As the PlayStation 4 GPU is +40% more powerful than the Xbox One GPU.

im probably not the only one who wants split screen on pc. Im sure many other pc gamers would love to play Black ops 3 with their siblings or friends locally instead of strangers online.

yeah, but 4 gaming PCs with peripherals is too expensive. Hence why there should be split screen. Controllers can work just as fine as KB/M, as you are not playing online.

Yes it has split screen local Coop for both campaign, zombies, and multiplayer. I played local coop on split screen via steam link with my girlfriend for several hours last night and it worked perfect

Yes you are not the only one spoderman and thanks mepo for the first useful answer. I was wondering too cause Treyarch promised Pc Splitscreen but its not indicated on the steam product page (coop Yes but no local coop)

I was going to buy this game solely for the 4-player splitscreen. Unfortunately, it seems that it is only 2-player spiltscreen on the PC.

As for limiting the PC because of screen size, I have mine hooked up to a HD projector... the 4-player resolution may only be 960x540 each, but the actual width of one quarter of the screen is about a metre.

I've found that so far the most loved 4-player splitscreen game is Rocket League. So much fun, but sometimes you just need to run around shooting each other.

I only bought the game for split screen.. it the sole reason for 50% of my purchases due to also playing on a hd projector setup with pads..
just hope more AAA titles do it soon..

And yes rocket league is the best current 4 player game..

It has 2 player splitscreen campaign and 4 player splitscreen multiplayer and zombies!
