Doom.wad Files In Counter Strike 1.6, Counter Strike: Condition Zero, And Half Life 1!

Ever since I got doom, I can't play cs 1.6, cz without the gun on the right hand. Plus, everything looks like the doom textures, which is all blockey. Half life plays fine, but the textures are still there! I've gone in all the files for these games, and every time I do, there is always doom.wad files in the folders. I've tried deleting them and verifying cache, but NOTHING WORKS! IT'S SO FREAKING FRUSTRATING!!!!!! Anyone please help! ANY help is appreciated!!!!!!!!!
