Pending funds unlock time?
Hi everyone, I sent a ticket into steam support about this, but as I probably won't hear back from them any time soon, I thought I should ask the community. I recently refunded Batman: Arkham Knight and while my refund was accepted, the funds were put into a "pending balance". I have no problem with this but I have a question about the timeframe of when it will unlock for me. When I read the explaination, It told me it would take up to 7 days for my funds to unlock. However, I am not sure if they meant business days or if they would factor in the weekend.Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you very much for your time, and I hope you have great day. :)

-EDIT- Just to clarify for any future posts, I am referring to my steam wallet funds not the money in my bank or paypal. :)

Banks work in business days and it takes 3-14 business days for a bank to process a refund.

Morale of the story: Don't spend money on games that you don't have.

Just to clarify,The money I spent initally was from steam gift cards I bought from a retailer. The money in question is pending inside my steam wallet. Not the bank. :)
Should take 72 hours then.
If it takes longer complain to Steam Support.

So do weekends count when you paid with a steam wallet code?

You know, this thread is from November 4th,

Your thread was here:

IF this is of any indication:

Your bank will release the funds to you at a later date per their policy. This can often take up to 10 business days.

And them using '14 days' in refunds when it comes to payments outside the Steam Wallet, then likely the refund dates aren't in business days.

Meaning "within 7 days" = "within 5 business days"; "within 14 days" = "within 10 business days"

But as Matt already said in that thread, you'll get your refund when you do.
