Depends what you are using it for. I've seen much higher speeds.

Well, if you are happy with it and it doesn't cause you any issues then it's good.

Again, it could be a problem with the service/servedrs you are trying to download from, due to high traffic or it could be your connection.

If only certain things go slow and it's always from the ame place. I.e. Steam, then it's more likely a Steam issue.

Theres something VERY odd about your connection if upload is higher than download. No isp in the world does that.

Most common causes are saturation on your node or some form of bottlenecking.
