I got the HyperX Cloud 2 Maybe play with the volume buttons on the sound card, or go to playback devices right click on the headset look if it is enabled, if it is enabled maybe disable and enable again. just make sure the audio cable is in that sound card good :) play around a little bit and test. My headset when i go to really low volume 1-2 it gives crackeling sound.

Changing volume from sound card only changes volume on windows, like it has no software or anything. And ur not getting buzzing sounds at all?

Not at all, mine are working fine. I don't like this answer either but i guess you'll need to send it back. maybe test on another computer etc never give up! :)

I had this issue but it was an easy fix.
Download this firmware update, just a simple install and disconnect-reconnect the headset.

EDIT 2: revengance: Link machine broke, here's a new one. Also includes a PDF with update instructions.

Edit: I just realized I'm like a year late, but I hope this helps anyone else who has this issue.
