I want to see the whole image and clear.. Can anyone help me? The image:

That's not possible, I'm sorry. Steam avatars are, at the largest, 184x184 pixels square. At the smallest they are just 32x32 pixels. That image is much too wide, if you tried to resize it to 184 pixels it would unreadable. And at 32 pixels, even if the image was square, the text would be far too small to read.

...Ok... but can any designer make a logo with this name at 184x184 pixels?

Not in that font, it wouldn't be legible. Maybe if the text was very very small, in an ordinary font. Even then it would be tricky.

You cannot resize that to square without deforming. Open it in Photoshop/GIMP and extend the base canvas to same height as width.
