It is probably because the external server that is doing the match making ignores multiple requests from the same IP address, or your router's firewall is blocking a specific port used by the match making server. Is this only happening on one game, or all Steam games?

OK, you probably have to set each player's CS:GO to use a different client port. Try these steps below (I got them from a Steam FAQ at https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6370-QPHJ-3567):

- Right-click on CS:GO in your Steam Library
- Left-click on "Properties" in the menu that appears
- Left-click on the "SET LAUNCH PROPERTIES..." button at the bottom of the "General" tab
- Type the following in the text box and then left-click the "OK" button

+clientport 27006

- Left-click the "CLOSE" button
- Start playing CS:GO like you normally would

Repeat the steps for each player that is behind your firewall, but use a different port number for each player. Use port numbers between 27006 through 27035. Avoid using 27020, as that is used by the game. As an example, for the second player type in the following:

+clientport 27007

And for the third player, type in the following:

+clientport 27008
