Account Restore And Recovery Of Showcases

Hello there,

Recently Steam glitched whilst i was making emoticon artwork and inserting details on my showcase. It resulted in most of my showcase being accidentally deleted as it highlighted it all whilst i was editing/changing it. I have put a few hours into my Steam showcase as stupid as it sounds...

How can i get my profile back to what it was a few hours ago???

There is no "go back to whatever I had it set to previously" feature for the showcases. Next time try copying and pasting the text to a notepad file as a backup just in case it happens again.

It's not possible to recover a showcase that you've had previous - unfortunately you'll have to create it from scratch again.

Cancel the ticket because they cannot and their services are stretched enough as it is. Just recreate from scratch and do what was said in #1 which was to backup and text and code in notepad or MS Word.
