Can I redeem wallet code to a locked acc?

Guys, u know what they say when ur acc is locked. Providing proof of ownership and well as for my old locked acc, it's impossible unless I found the thrown away wallet code like 5 months ago. So can I redeem a new wallet code and prove them? Because they asked me to write my steam supp ticket number on the redeemed wallet code. Anyone who can reach me out pls help me.

As far as I know you cannot add funds to a locked account. Furthermore, Steam could see the date you added the funds and it wouldn't count as proof, since the hijacker could add funds just as easily.

No. The whole point is that you prove ownership of the account with an attributed financial trail previous used before it was locked. Only the listed proof of ownership will suffice and if you have none of these; it's impossible for your account to be retrieved.
