Cities: Skylines (Can I run it?) (RESOLVED)

Hello, just a really quick question I would like to know if I can run Cities: Skylines.
My specs:
Intel Pentium Quad-core 2.16 Ghz (Turbo boost up to ~2.4 )
8 GB RAM
1TB
Intel HD Graphics, 64 Mb dedicated (My computer won't tell me if it's HD 3000 or HD 4000 etc so I don't know what kind it is)

NOTE: Please understand, I do not care about graphics, all I want to know is if my pc can run the game at more or less 15 to 25 fps.

EDIT: Thanks for the info, I hope I will be able to play the lowest settings or I will have to upgrade, but again I don't care about graphics, just gameplay.

Lol, i feel you bro, I have an Intel GPU as well.. Anyways, yours IS HD Graphics, Thats it, noting else. You can increase the dedicated memory, in most cases, upto 1.7 GB (I have an Intel HD 4400 and it's max is 1.7GB as well soo..). So to answer your question, watch this:

You can increase the dedicated memory, in most cases, upto 1.7 GB (I have an Intel HD 4400 and it's max is 1.7GB as well soo..). So to answer your question, you might be able to play it at the LOWEST settings. But you may not even be able to play that as HD graphics is very weak. I'd suggest that if you have 60 dollars laying around, replace your CPU to i3 4150.

Now you will get worse performance than that, So I think it's safe to say that PC won't be able to run the game.
