Is it safe to use Radmin VPN in TF2?

Today I was going to try making a private server to play with some of my friends using Radmin VPN and I didn't know how to do it, so I searched how to make a server with Radmin, and I saw a Reddit post saying that It could give a VACBan or/and AccountBlock, and I wanted to know if it's true or not.

VAC does not ban for using VPN.

Using VPN doesn't cause VAC bans.

It's up to server owners, they can kick/ban players for using VPN if they decide to do.
