번역 관련 문제 보고
Right now, clearly, during a sale like this is a poor time to expect quick responses from the system. Be patient.
Usually in about 24 hours though.
If you click on the "pending XXX amount" message in your client it will say something like "
Available inside 24 hours".
Which means after that time you can use the money again.
It also does not count down in real time, its just a rough estimate and goes from 24 to 12 to 6 to 3 and then money back.
When you sent a refund request, and your refund is accepted, and refunded to your Steam wallet, the funds are always put on hold for 24hrs ~ 7 days. You see a timer on it saying when the funds will be usable that means you can use the funds after the time period. All you have to do is wait after it been 24hrs, and then you can use the 10.88.
There is no accept for hold funds, you wait that all there is to it.
that i guess a standardize Email.
I refunded a Game yesterday at like 1pm, money was in my Wallet at ~2pm today, like it said it can take longer, can also be faster.
