Twice paid purchase, please help

I tried to buy 3 games but steam froze, I soon got the mail

"There was an error with a recent Steam purchase. We've saved your cart (including discounts) for 72 hours so you can attempt your purchase again "

but the money was taken from my account.

Then I tried again to buy the same 3 games, this time I succeeded but the money was again (for the second time) taken from my account.

Can anyone help me what to do or how to contact steam support?

Your first purcahse was put on a hold. In 24 to 7 days you should see it back in your bank account. It all depends on your bank.
