But if you're going to keep those anyway, why uninstalling Steam in the first place? The space Steam uses is miniscule compared to what games generally use and if you want a clean slate for your Steam install, there's easier ways, namely delete everything except Steam.exe & SteamApps from your Steam folder and doubleclick said Steam.exe.

Even if you don't know English well, you got a Windows key and an R key. The notion "X+Y" is commonly used for "press those two keys together".
