7%: the coupons were part of a bundle of codes, redeemable through steam. The games were successfully redeemed, the coupons have the same code format as the games. It seems logical that these coupon codes are intended for steam.
Example: one of the bundled games was 'Life is strange', that redeemed just fine, and there is a coupon for 10% off seasons 2-5. There is no link to another store, and the instructions only talk about redeeming through steam.
