Graphics problem; video_scheduler_internal_error
I have a Acer Aspire V17 Nitro Laptop, Intel i7-4710HQ, 8gb ram, geforce gtx 860m.
I have tried a lot of different things that "should have fixed the problem". But nothing works so far. All the drivers are up to date and I have been uninstalling and installing them all again before making this discussion...Please help...I can't play a game right now because of this...

What game are you talking about? Can you please tell me?

All games....It doesn't matter what game I start. After a few min, it just freezes and makes a wierd sound. And after that I get a blue screen with the message: video_scheduler_internal_error. I have been looking it up and tested a few things, but like i wrote before. Nothing fixes the problem.

Perhaps the laptops video card isn't supported. It happened with me before as well. And Sorry I forgot your specs were in the beginning of the text :)

I got this problem after windows did a uppgrade of some sort....And I have seen in many other forums that I'm not the only one with this problem. And I don't want to do anything that can f*** up my computer...

Sorry for late reply, I suppose you should contact Microsoft or Steam support then.

Sounds like you upgraded to win10. Windows 10 can be a bit unstable for video games right now. Your best bet is to rollback your version of windows to whatever you had before it updated to 10.

Don't listen to people crying that Win 10 is unstable, it is absoulute bollocks.

The latest win 10 update could be considered the same as a Service Pack, it altered a lot of system and user files.

After a large update like that, you should always uninstall and reinstall GPU drivers. head over to Guru3d.com and download DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) run this in safe mode and it will remove everything that is associated with your GPU, the boot back into normal mode and reinstall drivers.
