No config.cfg in folder! [CS:GO]

The title says it all!
My csgo isn't creating a config.cfg file in the cfg folder. If i create one or borrow it from a friend it ain't working.
Any tips?

Hi, valve moved the config folder in a recent update. It should be in Steam\userdata\{your ID}\730\local\cfg\ now ;)

Im having this trouble now 2016. I bought cs go last 3 days. It's not opening. when i click play. It says Running then nothing happens. I have no config.cfg on cs go directory even in Steam\userdata\{your ID}\730\local\cfg\ Please can you help me!

I solved my problem guys. WINDOWS 10 is the problem. I downgraded to windows 7. Then i works perfectly.
