i cannot install a game befcouse of region error althought i bought it via cd key.
i bought this game from online as a cd key gift. and i activate it in 26/11/2015. but at that i was having some trouble with steam but when i first installed it i was able to install it. but then becouse of the trouble of steam i unistalled the steam when the game was installing. and after i uninstalled steam to installed again i had alot of issue but it finnaly fixed about 4 days ago and now i am reinstalling all games but i cannot install this game because of the region. why am i getting this now? the name of game is Onepiece pirate warriors 3. if some one know what to do could you help me i asked the steam support but it didnt help me

it sounds weird but its true the game is region free but after the steam crashed i cant install since it saysnot avabiable in this region i still cant play it. :(
