I can't change my profile pic. I think there may be a problem on steams end.

Me and other users on reddit/r/Steam are having trouble changing the profile pics. I can't change mine even theough my image meets all the requirements. I tried from both the client and the website on both firefox and chrome and i tried on my brother's windows machine. Same thing.
Is there a problem on steam's end?

It still won't change for me. I upload an image, hit the upload button and the page refreshes without any change.
