Is 8gb of ram and 1.60ghz good?
I just got a new pc and im wondering if 8gb of ram and 1.60ghz is good enough to play games like COD and Tf2.

check the store for more info, it shall tell you, but the 8gb ram is fine though, not sure on the cpu though.

Generally these days you'll want a modern 3.2GHz to 3.3GHz CPU, if not 3.7GHz or faster.

Are you talking about a laptop?

He probably got an APU cpu, not very good for source engine games like TF2. My APU was 1.4 GHz and couldn't even handle TF2 in DirectX 8.1 @ low settings with a config. Plus, source engine games rely heavily on the cpu anyway, so yes OP, get a better GHz range ~3.0+ if you want to play TF2
