Profile picture not updating.

Whenever I try to put a new profile picture it won't work and I know I have the right measurements for the profile pic and I did press save. Its just when I press the upload button it doesn't change my picture or anything. Please help

I had this issue for a week, but as soon as I signed in as online in the friends tab, my new profile picture showed everywhere

I had this problem. I waited for weeks without any change. The fix is so simple! You just disable family view and then, It will change instantly! But i family view is off for you and it is not changing, Just wait.

I was too searching about it what i found is at bottom right corner of steam there is this view friends list right click on the avatar and select online it will update the pic and also in any game too. you may notice after updating pic this avatar hasnt updated until you click online by right clicking there.
