[RESOLVED] I can't change my profile picture on steam.
Recently I got a new computer and I logged into steam on it, and now everytime I try to upload a new picture it doesn't seem to work.

Is this a steam issue that'll resolve itself?

If that is not working make sure you are not in family mode!!
