I can't change my profile avatar.

It's probably just me, but I just, somehow can't change it.

I go to upload a profile avatar, and it just stays the same.

It lets me change the avatar to an in-game one, but any custom picture is rejected with no error message. So now, I'm stuck with this stupid penguin picture until something happens. xP

Ok, to top it all off, steam gets buggy, and the mods don't even bother fixing stuff til they hear, like 1000 messages discussing about this bug.
