The site is safe. You can search for deals on your favorite games at authorized shops. If you import your wishlist, you will get an e-mail about current deals on your wishlisted games.

Many of us use it all the time :)

That site lists shops such as Steam, Green Man Gaming, Indiegala, GOG, Bundle Stars etc etc... all being authorized resellers.
