can i install a cracked game but buy it from steam

Hey guys,

so I have this problem, my internet download is limited which means downloading huge games can be a bit of an issue for me. that's why I was wondering if I can do the following and if it's acceptable and compatible,
1- Buy a cracked version of the game on a CD from a store locally which cost like 2$
2- install the cracked version
3- Buy the actual game which is Call of duty black ops 3 from Steam
4- navigating the files of the cracked version for steam to make them the actual game files and then instead of downloading 50GBs it'll download 2-3GBs from patches and validation.

NOTE: this is only an assumption and I want you guys help me out if this works or not. and it'll be very grateful if steam can help me out with my issue. if steam does help out then this will give a huge customer retention.
