Pretty much.
The Waifu Hunter curator group's original icon, which was an image from one of the games available on Steam, got censored because it was "obscene." At the same time, there's a few thousand full-on racist groups (literally, as in "let's kill black people"), and they go untouched.
There's no consistency at all.
Oh no. They definitely have plenty of power over groups as well, and even player profiles. Speaking from personal experience here.
I have no doubt there is such groups as that on Steam.
I was googling DayZ hacks just to see what Im up against,and sure enough,there's a Steam group for hacking games and guides on how to pirating games
