Humble Bundle, help?
Not sure if this is the right section for this thread, but I'll give it a go.

I've bought a Bundle from Humble Bundle, the Yogscast Jingle Jam 2015 Bundle, and have not been e-mailed any of the keys. I contacted support and I received an e-mail to confirm that I had sent that and it was in process. This is strange because I received that e-mail but not the e-mail containing my Steam keys.

I was wondering if anyone could give me advice as to how to solve this problem - I doubt I'll be getting a reply from HB for a while because they only reply to Support e-mails Monday - Friday.

Humble bundle doesn't email keys, they email you a link where you can download the game and get the steam keys. Use that.

I haven't received any e-mail from Humble Bundle, except the confirmation that my Support request was being reviewed.

I have also received a confirmation e-mail from PayPal to let me know that my payment has been processed.

Did you get a purchase email from your payment provider? Do you have a humble account?

Why do you think that you bought the bundle.
Usually when you buy a bundle the website will refresh and give you the link to your keys directly on the website. Email is for if you need to go back.

So it's the missing EMAIL not the missing keys?

Did you check and make sure you entered all the correct information?

As I stated above I have gotten an e-mail from PayPal. I do not have a Humble Account and when I attempted to make one with the same e-mail as my purchase, I did not receive a verification e-mail.

How can I check this? It is technically missing keys because I'd have been given the keys via the e-mail, wouldn't I?

I have received the order confirmation from my PayPal account.

If you had stayed on the website where you did the purchase the website would have given you the link to your keys.
Are you sure you got the right email entered? The email you enter on paypal doesn't have to match the ones you give humble right?

Looks like you need to wait for the email to arrive or for support to respond. Save that paypal email.

When I donated I had a popout appear from Humble Bundle that said "Your donation has been accepted! Check your email for your keys" or something like that. I've kept the PayPal e-mail (obviously) and have sent the Support to HB which also has my transaction ID on it.

Hmm, i use Stripe/humble pay and that works like i said. But just wait then.
