There could be a issue with the 3rd party drm though, I'm not sure if you need to log into rockstar social club to play it for single player, or if you can play in offline mode.
Family share allows only one person to play a shared library at a time.
"Online" mode is not possible to play "offline".
Family share is disabled on GTA:V Steam version, because Rockstar Games Social Club account is tied to one Steam account.
