they never respond. been waiting 7 months for a reply about a problem with cs go. when i try and open it it crashes telling me unable to connect to steam and to please contact steam support about possable server outages. yet my friend can play fine with a 4ms ping on offical servers at my place. dont know what steams problem is.

its not my internet. http://www.speedtest.net/result/4902712780.png its steam. in the log it gives an error about my account not existing. ive only been here 7 years and spent 200$ a month. not like i dont exist right?
