Steam mobile authenticator wrong code
Earlier i had some problem with logging in where I entered the steam code on my mobile app . but it says that its the wrong code . So , i turned it off . I can now login to my desktop steam . Now , i'm turning the mobile authenticator when the SMS comes with the code . and i entered it , it says wrong code aswell. I have tried this atleast 10 times . No way this is a typo.

My authenticator codes aren't working!
If you are unable to log in using the authenticator codes:
Check the time on your phone and make sure it is accurate. The authenticator codes are generated using the phone's time, and if the time is off, the codes will be incorrect.
If you have more than one account with an authenticator, make sure you are entering codes for the correct account.
You can remove the authenticator from the account; see the section below on authenticator recovery.

^^ thanks man .. I had the same problem, I fixed it with changing my phone's timezone to be automatic .. and boom, SMS code is CORRECT

Mine was already set up for automatic yet still my codes won't work. In addition, after trying restarting the app and going back in to see if that fixed it, I am greeted with something along the lines of you must use the original device you used to set up mobile authentication.

So now I locked out of the account the second it decides to ask for a mobile code, all because I wanted to get my community ambassador badge.

Ensure your phone's time is correct. If its time updates manually, change it to automatic, re-synchronize and retry.
