You should post some better specs.

There's plenty of curators with lists of games for crappy computers.

Steam has a filter in store for low-end games, and all games on the store page have [minimum requirements] listed as well as [recommended specs] based on performance.

There are also sites out there you could find in a search engine that will detect your pc specs and if you can or cannot run a game at bare minimum.

Be aware although a computer may have minimum requirements if it is not well maintained or is extremely ancient it could crash frequently or not run at all.

It is best to prepare your computer with defrag the hard drive, remove unused programs - free up hard-drive space in order to run a game with only the bare minimum requirements. This will reduce chance of crashes.

This single core, or dual core CPU?

Not sure to suggest to you, maybe RuneScape classic, or old games really, that low end as possible.

What CPU model do you have? Singlecore CPUs haven't been a thing for many, many years.
Not sure if one exists that can run Windows 10.

Assuming it's this one.

Best I can suggest in that case is old games from 90s, to mid 2000s that 2D, not 3D games really, as there barely any 3D games you can get away with your laptop.

Have a look here, maybe couple of them might work out for you.

I can suggest old Doom classic, old Wolfenstein, maybe Fallout 1 & 2, elder scroll dagger fall, maybe half life 1 that be cutting it really close to running, maybe the Secret of Monkey Island, or etc, can't expect much with that laptop really is it barely even able to do anything, if you happen to have a Windows 7 copy I highly suggest go format system with Windows 7, as W10 is more hardware heavy for that, or maybe consider linux that less taxing on the system, and look for low end old native linux games.
