Trying to contact steam support to change my accounts Email, message won't send to support.
Hi, I am trying to change my accounts email, but when I go through steam support, it says "we had trouble verifying your captcha, please try again."
I have no idea how it could not verify, I'm directly copy&pasting it and it always says it, I've tried around 5 times so far and no improvement.
I have no idea what to do.

Maybe try typing it out instead of copying and pasting?

People been having issues with the Captcha for some time and using a different web browser solved the issue.

I'm using the steam client for the ticket so you think I should try in google or something? Unless you mean what i open the email with.

Login using a web browser, Chrome, Firefox, Edge or other and try doing it. Just make sure it's the official Steam Site. I'd right click the page I want then choose the Copy Page URL option. Then just paste the link into a browser and go exactly where you need to go

The problem is though I need to verify its me through the email I no longer have access to (hence why I am changing it) and can't use a cell number.

Then you may need to recover the account. Follow the guide on a web browser. Can't be signed in on any account when doing.
