Exclamation marks in "Is this game relevant to you?"

You can find this block (Is this game relevant to you?) if you open your exiting game in the Store

Many items have an exclamation mark on the left. And only some has a tick
What does this mean? Is it good or bad?

It's pointless as it's algorithm based which means it doesn't really understand why I like a game.

A tick means it thinks it's relevant to you, i.e. might be something you'd like and it usually gives a reason, i.e. you've played supposedly similar games.

The other thing it usually says for me is it doesn't look like anything I've played before, even when I clearly own games that are similar to the game in question.
