I need help recording my screen two times at once

I know I’m probably not using the proper terms for my question, but I would like to know if there’s a way I can have two sets of a single recording. Specifically; one set records just my screen and the other set records my screen PLUS mic input. I’m starting a channel where I play old Flash games from back in the day and I would like to have two versions of my recordings, one with commentary and one without. I have OBS as well as GeForce (Shadowplay) for recording.

Why not use recording to capture mic on it own, that be way less taxing than running two display recording, and less storage being taken up, as well can make your edits easier.

Why not just have, like, obs recording your screen with no mic input and then use audacity to Rec mic

Any reputable video editing software can take audio from a video recording and save it without the audio. Heck, do your recording normally, load up the final video file with AVIDEMUX and just do a copy Save as... with just video.

Seems like a lot of extra file storage for little gain. You're better off just recording normally with a combined video/audio file. Then, whenever you're wanting to do whatever you want with it, you just strip out the video or audio as needed.

Just record once. The game and a separate recording of the mic. Then add the mic for one release and use the original one for the micless one.
