Tabletop Simulator: File corrupted while using Upload All Loaded Files to Steam Cloud
I am in the process of moving the assets of a mod for Tabletop Simulator to my own Steam Cloud account, and I've done so using the Upload All Loaded Files option of the ingame Cloud Manager. During that process, one file got corrupted (http://cloud-3.steamusercontent.com/ugc/1877452817725765093/113B13BCECBE55D4A32D84DF85AF374728576B08/). I've fixed the mod loading a non-corrupted version of the image. However, this corrupted file still exists in my Steam Cloud and I cannot seem to get rid of it.

First try to get rid of the file:
I would like to remove the corrupted file from using the ingame Cloud Manager. However, when I go to the page of the ingame Cloud Manager that contains the corrupted file, there is a pop-up window with the title "Tabletop Simulator - Unity 2019.4.2f1_5da6f0345e82" and a progress bar. Before the progress bar is completed, the application shuts down without further information or reason. I suspect that Unity is unable to generate a thumbnail for the corrupted image and therefore shuts down. So I'm not able to remove the corrupted file this way.

Second try to get rid of the file:
I've tried removing the file from the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata as suggested by the FAQ page (https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/68D2-35AB-09A9-7678). However, whenever I load Tabletop Simulator again, the locally deleted file gets redownloaded by syncing with the Steam Cloud. Disabling syncing to the steam cloud for Tabletop Simulator after deleting the local file resulted in the same problematic behavior. So I'm not able to remove the corrupted file this way.

Third try to get rid of the file:
Login to the Steam Cloud via the web, but there's only a possibility to download files, not to deletet them.

Fourth try to get rid of the file:
Downloaded Steam Cloud File Manager Lite from (https://github.com/GMMan/SteamCloudFileManagerLite/releases/tag/v1.0.0.0-alpha-3), searched app ID 286160, found the corrupted file in the list, and deleted the file. However, when loading up Tabletop Simulator, it is still there.

Does anyone have an idea what else I can try to get rid of the corrupted file?

UPDATE:
Finally managed to delete the corrupted file. I made sure that Tabletop Simulator had something to do already by getting decks outside of boxes that weren't fully loaded yet. Then I quickly clicked to the Steam Cloud manager and managed to delete the corrupted file. Although an error message indicated that it was not able to delete it, it was deleted from the overview and it does not crash anymore. Weird glitch, but glad that's over with.
