Game Guide moderator review stuck on pending

Hello everyone. two years ago i created a guide for csgo and everytime you edit something on a guide a moderator has to manual review the changes. This review always only took some seconds for me. But now since a week or so my guide is still on pending which is not good because other people can not see it.

any suggestions?

Mine got banned for spam because of an text artwork I made that's a duplicate and a coal-eating-monster near it.

i think it i because since the 2 from this month steam has retired all their volunteer moderators because they want to stick to paid ones for now. Less moderators = higher wait time

Volunteer moderators never had anything to do with Steamguides.
Their powers were solely in Discussions.

Try asking in the game hub and see if a moderator there can clear the guide. I know a few mods have been able to do this but I'm not sure if it was ones tied exclusively to a game forum or if all mods had this power.

Game hub mods can't do anything about the system put in place by Valve. Contact support.

did, no answer till 2 days. maybe i am just too impatient. i will now wait for a week with the guide, i must say i edited and reverted the changed multiple times to maybe make it faster cause i thought its stuck or so. but i think this has reset me in the review queue always

wtf is this? Mods and support just straight up ignoring. Support answered once and now i am waiting since days

There's a huge sale on - Support's swamped with purchase issues and refund queries. They will answer you, just be patient, there are a lot of people in the queue right now.

There's a huge sale on - Support's swamped with purchase issues and refund queries. They will answer you, just be patient, there are a lot of people in the queue right now.

the sale was not ongoing when i edited my guide multiple times and opened a ticket.
