Razer Synapse How do i proceed from the start screen ?

I know this doesn't really relate to steam but... whatever
I had some problems with razer synapse so i decided to re-install it, but now that i have downloaded it again i am stuck at some kinda start screen or something.
I can't really do much there are just 3 very big tabs, number 1 says: Register your Razer product warranty. Number 2 says: Visit razer store. and number 3 says view campatible devices.
I am trying to get to the screen where you can configurate lightting, macros nad thoose kind of things.
Can someone help... PLEEEEEEASE !

Either update your drivers or check for external program for that device

Necro here, how did you solve this?? Im at the same screen. It detects one of my razer items but wont let me go into the options like before. Just shows the main screen like you suggest.

I think i plugged the device into a diffrent usb port, i can't really remember it was so long ago

Even later necro, do you remember how you solved it? 5 years later and the bug still isn't fixed.

EDIT: The fix (for me at least) was to download Synapse 3, its in beta but at least it detects your devices. Hopefully that helps anyone who comes to this thread 10 years later.
