How to find old Steam friend

BY accident i deleted this guy from my freinds list. After a weeek i try to find him back but he has changed his name. Anyway I can find him???

Tried teutup's method and couldn't find the friend, and steamrep did a backup 1 week later. How can I find this friend. Last know time I had him was around the 18/20th of june, that sort of timeframe. I do know his name but can't find his profile anywhere
