Yes, but if it´s your first purchase, you need to wait 30 days before you can use the market.

I think the funding of your wallet to buy the sticker (minimum of $5) counts for the market restriction. But yes, microtransactions do count, as well as any game purchase.

You need a valid purchase on record within the last 365 days from the Steam Store and wait 30 days before you can have access to the market. Just buy a cheap game, wait 30 days and then you can have unrestricted access to the market for the next 335 days.

Well, adding funds via Wallet code isn't a purchase.

Adding funds via https://store.steampowered.com/steamaccount/addfunds is a purchase.

If you buy a CS:GO sticker, that should be a purchase and get the 30 days countdown going.

Anyhow, buy something with the funds and wait 30 days. Like said before, you're not a limited user so the amount doesn't matter.

Nah, it could even be a gift purchase bought for someone else and it would still count as long as the purchase was made on OP's account.
