Missing "SourceMods" Folder but still somehow have Source Mods stuck on Steam that still Run's

Alright, this is with TF2C exactly, as you probably know it is a Source Mod that you download into steam through the Source Mods folder, I installed it a bit ago now, and it still appears in my Steam Library, and i'm getting tired of it and don't want it, but when I go to the folder I installed it in, the Folder just doesn't exist! But the game still runs and I can still play it. But I can't find its source, even if I right click it and go to Properties it obviously won't show me it's location on my computer, I just want to get rid of it, off my steam Library!

I'm not too sure if this kinda discussion is surpose to be here, but there is no TF2C Discussions so...

Anyway any help is appreciated and thanks! :D (Excuse my Grammer/Spelling mistakes)

How about Control Panel > Programs and Features. Does it show up there?

I can see i.e. Alchemilla (another Sourcemod) there.

Nope, there is a SourceMod Folder but it's empty :P
