Rate an item on the Workshop

I can't seem to do this! I'm working on my Community Ambassador badge and need to rate something in the Workshop but I see absolutely nothing that allows me to do that. Can someone help?

You don't see the thumbs up or thumbs down on that page?

I think they removed the ability to do this but left an old badge/task, which can no longer be completed because of it! :(

Removed which ability? The ability to rate or the ability to get that task done?

Because the former definitely still works.

I can rate stuff perfectly fine. Have you tried on both client and browser?

You can rate items in The Workshop!? Can you please explain how? Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I haven't tried using a browser, just the client. How do I use a browser!?

You open your browser (Chrome, Firefox or whatever you use), log into your Steam account and browse the Workshop.

And it's quite simple to rate: Go to the workshop, select an item and then click either the 'thumbs up' button or the 'thumbs down' button.

I'm coming back after probably more than a year absence and can't use the Marketplace for 30 days. Maybe this is restricted as well? I do own one game that's in The Workshop. I'll try finding that one and seeing if there's a Thumbs Up I can click. Thanks for all the help guys! Much appreciated.
