ik heb wat gekocht maar het zit niet in mij bibliotheek

hallo

ik heb vandaag een uitbreiding gekocht van payday 2 ik wil het vervolgens gaan spelen en zie dat die uitbreiding niet in mijn bibliotheek staat.

ik heb op mijn bank gekeken en er is wel geld van mijn rekening afgehaald dus heb die uitbreiding gewoon betaald.
hoe los ik dit op?

Als je Payday 2 rechtsklikt en bij Downloadable Content kijkt staat hij er niet bij?

Als dat niet zo is zal je eventueel contact met support moeten opnemen. Waarschijnlijk is de betaling dan niet helemaal afgerond en heb je kans dat je binnen een paar dagen automatisch je geld terug krijgt.

Misschien dat er wat meer informatie over de aankoop staat als je in de client rechtsboven op je nick klikt en dan account details, purchase history of licenses, ben daar niet zo bekend mee.

Deze aankoop is nog niet afgerond. Je betaaldienst heeft ons nog niet verteld of ze de transactie aan je hebben doorberekend.

Dan zal er wel iets misgegaan zijn met de transactie, goeie kans dat je dan in een paar werkdagen je geld teruggestort krijgt. Meestal zit er een tijdelijke hold op het geld in deze gevallen vandaar dat je het nog niet terug hebt.

Let me guess, you used Paysafe or iDeal to purchase it?

Yeah I used Ideal. It charged me the money but no game...

There are issues right now with the 2 I mentioned. You just have to wait.

Because this form is full of people reporting recent problems with Ideal. Two scenario's are most likely:

1. in a few days you will get your game
2. in a few days your money will be returned to your bankaccount

nope I didnt sadly... Any idea on how to fix this? I contacted steam support already but no reply so far. I also cant get my money back from my own bank..

mai 2022 the same problem still exist, why has this not been solved? it actually states: "you can't use ideal with purchases at steam" then why is steam offering this? I think, this was the last time for me to buy something on steam. Dus, pas op! BETAAL NIET MET IDEAL

Also saw this message a few days ago, on the 24th and 25th it was possible again however the screen after finishing the payment successfully showed 'pending' or some BS, however the money got take from my account instantly. I've had this happen twice now and am out of pocket 40 euro's.

Using Ideal almost daily for tons of stuff i've never had this issue before, and some people point their fingers at Global Collect but i did 3 purchases using GC and they went through without issue so you could conclude the issue is at Steam's side which is just sad.
