GTA V Crashing PLEASE HELP

GTA V Crashing PC HELP PLEASE
I have been playing GTA V for a while around about 100hours or something and only recently when I have downloaded the 359.00 Graphics Drivers for the Geforce GTX 970, it has started crashing. When I run the game, the Rockstar logo comes up and it works for a while until i get into the game and i move my mouse or press any key it crashes, I found out a temporary fix that when i keep moving my mouse in the loading screen it will not crash - for like 10 minutes.

Geforce GTX 970
AMD FX 8350 Eight Core Processor 4.00GHz
8GB RAM
Windows 10
I've tried to Validate the Game files
I've tried Disabling the Firewall
I've tried Running in Admin
I have in fact found out how to install the older Driver before 359.00 but that one does not work either. I don't know what the problem could be.

There is this big piece of code in the Launcher file which explains what the error was but i have no idea how to fix it:
