League of Legends (LoL) Game Client Won't SCALE to Screen

Hello,

I have asked on the League of Legends forums site and NO HELP. So here I am, asking for help!

I have been playing LoL on Mac for years. Just recently upgraded to Windows 10, with new PC. I tried running LoL on Surface Pro 4, Razer Blade 2015, and Surface Book, ALL HAVE same issue.

Isssue: The game client just won't size to the screen. TO be exact, everything fits perfectly, including the map on the bottom right, EXCEPT the time-your kills-deaths-assists-CC at the top right. It just doesn't fit on the screen. I tried all resolutions NOTHING helps, and I tried windowed mode and borderless and still nothing changes. I tried re-installing it, same issue. I honestly don't know what to change anymore. I have seen people play on Surface Book just fine on youtube, everything fits.

Please help?
