Last time I had a Workshop update stuck at 0 bytes / 0 bytes, it was with Skyrim's SkyUI.

I ended up fixing it for myself by simply unsubscribing from it.

Try seeing if you can find the file under SteamApps\workshop\downloads\

Otherwise, unsubscribe from here: http://steamcommunity.com/my/myworkshopfiles/?appid=4000&browsefilter=mysubscriptions

@Teutep

Should i delete also the Content folder? cause i remove all of my addons and reinstall Gmod again. But should i also delete the content folder too?

Basically your installed mods would be in there, they should be removed automatically should you unsubscribe. I don't see what difference it would really make if your Steam client is going to download them back anyway.

So you have nothing in that list I posted above? How about the workshop\downloads\ ?

There is no Workshop/download in my Steamapp/Workshop folder. Only there is the content but what's so odd or weird is appears just about now when i got this Workshop bug. I'm being honest with you, there is no download folder on it.

P.S: Also .acf files

Well, instead of deleting, we can do a compromise. Try exiting the Steam -client and move the SteamApps\workshop\content -folder elsewhere; then restart Steam.

Does it trigger any change?

appworkshop_4000.acf would be the one for Garry's Mod.

No, i instead deleted them cause it causes my 2GB space. :/

Well after i reinstall Garry's Mod, its gone but I'm a little worried at this moment when i re-download one addon and i hopefully it won't show up again of this bug.

pls help . After I unsubscribed the gmod download was still there but no image of workshop gmod.(the game pic was not displayed) and the download continued at a rate of 0 bytes/S. I cannot download anything at all because of this.
