mic randomly makes a very loud buzz noise on only steam

so i did a complete reinstal of windows and downloaded my drivers and steam now i have been talking to my friend he notices a very loud buzz noise that randomly whent off so i got to my mic settings in windows to listen for the buzz but didn't hear it so i went to steam settings and listen to my mic and it made that loud buzz for about a second im very confused on whats going on.

it's not part of a head set but i don't know the name of the mic it has the letters CA on it

dosen't seem to i went to mic settings in windows then enabled listen to mic and did not make a buzz noise

It won't if it is what I think it is. Is it a constant buzzing? Or a random one every once in a while?

Are you sure it isn't background noise from where you are playing at? It sounds like your microphone might be broken.

i dont get that but it does this high pitched whine like im putting a microphone up to a speaker when i use my laptop mic with steam whenever someone speaks, i can web cam chat and not have that issue but only steam voice chat does it.

it sounds like a saw almost and there isn't any backround noise that could cause this sound
