How can I change my phone number without the sms option

Hi I am trying to change my number on my profile due to personal reasons and no longer have the number available so I am trying to change it bit keeps wanting to send a sms to the old number which I no longer have and doesnt give me any other options plus I cannot create a ticket for this through steam support as it wont let me

Can someone please help me?

if you don't have the backup code anymore then support is your last lifeline, if they won't help you, no one will.

There's no emailing the support. You have to use the contact form in the support area.

I have the code, i dont know how to remove the phone number tho. I don't have my old number and i can't access steam support

I can log into my profile btw, i just wanna add a new authenticator but it wants my old number
