Well, the truth is, it isn't literally illegal and restricted to speak English in this section, but if someone creates a thread in a different language, for example in Spanish, then they are recommended to write in the section of their language so it is easier for them.

Amen brother, too many threads in languages that have their own sub-forums messing the English forums up.

Where exactly does it say, english forums btw?
Help and tips? Do you think its name is english everywhere?

Just because you are limited to english language doesnt mean a forum is messed up if someone uses another language.

They have specific sub-forums for the other languages for a reason, they are not hard to find.

If you open the forum, the first you see is help and tips in "your language".
Would you first scroll down if you need help, to find a subsection or something?

The whole forum interface is in the language of the people.

But you are right. You should first scroll down in any forum to check if there is a section for:
"Totally english only because i cant understand everything else"

If it loads to a forum where every post is in English, then they should be able to figure it out pretty quickly that they are in the wrong place...

Those forums are in use by their native language readers/writers/speakers and they will get MUCH faster response times if they use them instead of waiting for people to stumble across a thread and just happen to translate it or be of the same language as them.

You may wonder how many people read their forum section and the english as well.
Because they can.
So actually you might get more likely help in help and tips.

To make it short, moderators will do what is necessary. You dont need to enforce clean language barriers for a personal reason.

I'm not enforcing it, I'm requesting it (as well) as it makes the forums a much nicer place.

If they can read/write multiple languages more power to them, so long as they write English in the English forums & 'other language' in the 'other language forums'.

The forum was a nicer place before you used the word "messed up" in relation to other languages in your view.
