Can't buy the game because it is in my library

I have recently bought garry's mod from g2a but I didn't saw it was for Russia only so I added the Russian version to my account now I wanted to buy the game trough steam but I can't buy it because i already have it in my library but that is the Russian version which I can't use can you maybe remove the game from my steam library so I can buy it from steam?

You will need to contact Steam support and ask them to remove the current license from your account. As this will likely not happen before the sale ends, you may wish to purchase the copy from Steam now and store it in your inventory. Or you could just purchase it again on the winter sale.
